The Architect Sam Awad, an accredited Architect by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, has over 30 years of experience and holds architectural registrations in the States of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont. The Philosophy Sam firmly believes in providing Services that reflect the needs of his clients with Architecture that is passionate, creative and inspiring. His designs are generated to respond to his clients' vision as well as the impact on the budget and the environment. His goal is to achieve a durable, comfortable, enjoyable and economical space that integrates new materials and methods.
